Human Resources at Community Health Centers

Community Health Center (CHC) Human Resources (HR) leaders are on the frontlines of  building a strong and stable workforce, working to develop high-functioning teams of health care professionals who work hard every day to increase access to health care services in Colorado.

CCHN provides a variety of resources for HR leaders at CHCs to continually assist them in building a high functioning, strong workforce. Below are resources available to HR leaders and staff:

CCHN Salary, Benefits and Turnover Survey, an effective tool for salary and benefit analysis among CHCs and within the health care employment market.

Society for Human Resource Management, the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management. The Society serves the needs of HR professionals and advances the interests of the HR profession.

Medical Group Management Association, a membership association for professional administrators and leaders of medical group practices. MGMA delivers networking, professional education, resources and political advocacy for medical practice management.
