Are you feeling ill or hurt? Do you need annual physical? Does your child need a vaccination? Whether you are insured or uninsured, Colorado Community Health Centers (CHC) help people across the state get the care they need when they need it.

CHCs offer medical and dental care to:

  • New mothers and babies
  • Pregnant moms
  • Children and teenagers
  • Working adults
  • The elderly

What conditions do CHCs treat?

CHCs provide primary and preventative care. That means CHCs offer a full range of medical care including diagnosing and treating illness, routine check-ups, vaccinations and screening tests, and counseling to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.  CHCs also offer dental care, mental health care, and other services to keep you healthy.

What if I need a doctor who sees me more than once a year?

Our doctors build lifelong relationships with patients. They take the time to get to know you, and they coordinate your care with specialists. If they don’t have the test or treatment you need, they know where to refer you.

What if I’m pregnant?

We welcome pregnant mothers and newborns. We offer a full range of prenatal care to help you have a healthy pregnancy and baby.

What if I don’t have health insurance?

CHCs are affordable and accessible. We don’t turn people away because of their ability to pay. Insured or uninsured, young or old, every patient is welcome. We also offer free or low-cost medications and supplies.

When are CHCs open?

CHCs make it easy. Most CHCs have flexible scheduling. They are open late and on weekends.

Do you speak Spanish?

Almost all CHCs have medical staff fluent in Spanish.
