Access For All Colorado

Colorado’s 20 Community Health Centers have a plan to provide a health care home for more than one million low-income uninsured and medically underserved Coloradans.

This plan, called Access for All Colorado, will grow current Community Health Center capacity to:

  • Help meet the health care needs of the uninsured.
  • Provide access to the thousands of Coloradans who gained coverage under the Medicaid expansion and state health insurance exchanges in 2014 and beyond.
  • Ensure that CHCs continue to care for individuals that are expected to remain uninsured after health care reform is fully implemented.

It will require investments from local communities and businesses, patients, foundations, and the state and federal governments. CCHN and Colorado’s Community Health Centers are committed to reaching our shared vision of providing a health care home for all low-income medically underserved Coloradans.
