Community Health Center Careers and Job Opportunities

As one of Colorado’s major health care employers, Community Health Centers (CHCs) offer a variety of clinical and administrative career and job opportunities. A career at a CHC is a rewarding one that will make an impact on many peoples’ lives. CHCs provide high-quality, innovative, team-based primary medical, dental and behavioral health services to all people, greatly increasing access to care and reducing health disparities in Colorado.

For detailed information on careers at CHCs, explore www.MissionDrivenCareers.org. This website explores the wide range of benefits related to working in a Community Health Center along with a CHC job board that lists all 20 CHCs career openings.

Additional resources, if you are exploring a job in a CHC can be found below:

Community Health Association of Mountain/Plains States (CHAMPS) maintains a job board that includes both clinical and non-clinical positions available at CHCs in Colorado, Montana, North and South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming.

Colorado Provider Recruitment Program provides a free recruitment service for providers looking to work at CHCs, rural health clinics, critical access hospitals and other safety-net clinics. This program posts jobs, works with candidates to find placements, and provides information on the various incentive programs available to clinicians working in underserved areas.
